Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda All Inclusive - Newly Renovated (Adults Only), Punta Cana

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the staff went above and beyond in their service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The beach location was beautiful, with plenty of space to enjoy. However, the room experience was not ideal, as we faced multiple issues, including cleanliness concerns and noise disturbances. While we enjoyed some aspects of the dining, it wasn't consistently top-notch, and improvements could be made in that area.

My wife and I have been to Luxury Bahia Principe Esmeralda multiple times, and it truly feels like our home away from home. The location is perfect and the food is great, but what really makes our stay special is the incredible staff, especially Meldy, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful experience. However, I wish the rooms were a bit more modern and better maintained as they seem somewhat outdated compared to what we expect from a property of this standard.

I just returned from a week-long stay at the Esmeralda, and while there were certainly some highlights, there were also quite a few frustrations. On the positive side, the pools were lovely, and the food at some of the restaurants was genuinely enjoyable. However, the beach experience was marred by seaweed and the overall organization of sunbeds was quite chaotic. The Wi-Fi connectivity was disappointing as well, which is frustrating for any trip.

I recently stayed at the resort, and while the beach was beautiful and the food was decent, my overall experience was marred by several issues. Booking restaurants was overly complicated and often resulted in us eating at the same buffet daily. The rooms, although spacious and clean, were quite dated, and the pool area was not as inviting. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us, but the tipping culture was a bit frustrating. For the price, I expected a better experience overall.

I had a fabulous stay at the Esmeralda; the hotel boasts beautiful aesthetics and offers top-notch service. The Indian restaurant, Thali, served the best meal I've ever had! However, late flight arrivals should be cautious with dinner reservations. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I can't wait to visit again!
